Communication was fantastic - John emailed to receive my custom design in the best quality, and called to confirm the badges' dimensions and the specific cut-offs of my image. Fabulous company to purchase badges from. Ordered them late on a Thursday and had them by the Monday morning delivered to my door with over 200 badges. I then ordered a second round which werent urgent that were lost by the courier (couriers fault not Patrick Australia's fault) and John Patrick arranged replacements ASAP and sent out with me getting them the next day :) Wonderful company, would highly reccomend.
